The Scenic Trail

Blue signs. It runs near this information kiosk, by a small pulpit board with information about Bastion II. Now you are in a summer house on the axis of the bastion. By the entrance to the parking lot there is a board providing visitors starting their tour with introductory information as well as information about the Rotunda and its complicated and tragic history. Farther on, you go round the arm of ravelin I-II and enter the path alongside a railway track. Soon you get to the right flank of Bastion I and climb it. After crossing the footbridge, you enter the face of Bastion I with the best view of the whole fortress.
