The ravelin in the form of a lunette (a bent earthen embankment) had not existed for over 100 years from 1866 till the 1970s. Its reconstruction consisted of 2 stages: first, an amphitheatre was built into the embankment of the lunette; its face was widened to make it a platform for the audience. It can watch artistic events against the background of the town when they look south or that of historical shows in the foreground when they look north.
